Your key responsibilities will include: Proactively welcoming customers, assessing their needs, and guiding them through available technology options to ensure a smooth and efficient airport experience. Positively influencing customers' utilization of airport technology to guarantee a better, faster, and more enjoyable experience for all. Presenting a positive image of arenaflex and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Keeping customers informed while ensuring timely service delivery. Efficiently coordinating and monitoring all aspects of the operation, ensuring that irregular tasks are handled promptly and effectively. Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all functional cycles and methods. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years old. Be proficient in English. Have the ability to read, write, and understand detailed work instructions. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to identify customer needs and provide clear directions. Have basic computer skills. Be able to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally. Be able to pass a pre-employment background check. Be authorized to live and work in the country at the time of your application. Demonstrate that safety is a top priority while handling personal data. Embrace a diverse set of individuals, thinking, and styles. Consistently prioritize the safety and security of self and others. Be able to work beyond 40 hours and on weekends and public holidays when required. Be willing to travel to the US for meetings and phases of training.
