Our mission is to connect people and communities around the world, and we are seeking talented individuals who share our passion for delivering outstanding service. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Agent - Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customers' destinations. * Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers and colleagues, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources. * Maintaining a high level of safety awareness and adhering to all safety procedures and protocols. **Work Environment and Culture** As a Ramp Agent with blithequark, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
