Job Summary We're looking for experienced Customer Service Agents to join our team in Atlanta, USA. As a Ticketing and Baggage Handling Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for: Welcome and assist customers with their ticketing and baggage handling needs, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Utilize computer systems to sell, print, and reissue tickets, as well as manage the registration process and ensure customers have the necessary documentation for travel. Label and handle baggage, performing lifting tasks that involve moving items from scales to transport lines, as well as handling items at floor and mid-level heights. Practice security-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and system. Work with customers to resolve issues and answer questions regarding travel information, including seat availability, gate announcements, and flight status. Operate in open areas, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. Accompany unaccompanied minors and disabled travelers throughout the airport, as needed. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals, thinking, and styles. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proper grammar, tone, and articulation. Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate and operate computer systems efficiently. Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds. Availability to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as well as Spanish, both written and spoken. Valid documentation to live and work in the country you're applying to. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the aviation industry. Knowledge of airline operations and procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Basic knowledge of airport procedures and protocols.
