About the Role As a Customer Service Agent on the Merchant Team at blithequark, you will be the frontline representative for our P2P market, handling all inbound inquiries and establishing outbound communication through various channels such as chats, emails, and calls. Your primary objective will be to provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Independently handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information to resolve issues and problems that arise. Continuously update your knowledge with the latest and most relevant information to support customer service operations effectively. Escalate issues to Team Leaders, Managers, and other departments as necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Adhere to Quality Assurance standards and comply with the schedule set by the Team Leader. Assist in the preparation of other processes as assigned by the Team Leader, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented attitude. Display a positive team working attitude and behavior within the team and across other departments in the company. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess: 2-3 years of experience in frontline customer support, preferably in the financial or service industry. A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a willingness to go above and beyond to solve complex problems. Adaptability and resilience to operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment. Excellent verbal and written professional skills in both English and Russian. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. A fast and reliable internet connection (at least 5 Mbps broadband). Flexibility to work on varying shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge or interest in the blockchain, digital assets, or fintech industry, as well as experience as a blithequark P2P user, are considered advantageous. Familiarity with the nuances of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology can enhance your ability to provide informed support to customers.
