Maintain accurate records and track contacts with members, providers, and plan supports. Guide members through their plan benefits, blithequark procedures, and policies, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Build trusting and caring relationships with members, understanding their needs and advocating on their behalf to ensure their best interests are represented. Provide proactive support and education to members, anticipating their needs and offering solutions to address their concerns. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including plan details, benefit information, and self-service tools. Essential Qualifications: Four-year certification or equivalent experience. Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment, demonstrating empathy and patience. Experience working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Experience with clinical terminology and healthcare operations. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
