About the Role: Work at Home Customer Service Agent We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Work at Home Customer Service Agents. As a full-time or part-time representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with hundreds of customers each week to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need: To be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute), with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating system High reliability, with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and a strong commitment to meeting performance metrics An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation, with a customer service-oriented approach (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) The ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent Strong team orientation and customer focus, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers What We Offer: Compensation, Benefits, and Career Growth At blithequark, we believe that hard work should pay off.
