**Experienced Customer Service Agent – Airport Ramp Operations**

Our company culture is built on a foundation of care, integrity, resilience, servant leadership, and teamwork, and we're proud to be a place where our people can grow and thrive. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft * Guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions to ensure timely connections * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather * Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion * Using baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to destinations * Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner * Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Customer Service Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced airport environment, interacting with customers, colleagues, and airport staff. You'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, evening, and overnight shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
