Job Overview The Customer Service Advisor role at blithequark is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet, to provide timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, meeting and exceeding our contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities Ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and exceeds their expectations Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools and resources to provide effective resolutions Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and maximizing opportunities to build rapport Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures Maintain basic knowledge of blithequark's products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest information and developments Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required, and participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance Offer additional products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Track, document, and retrieve information in our call tracking database, ensuring that all customer interactions are recorded and easily accessible Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff, as needed Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer service.
