Key Responsibilities Managing and converting lead-generated inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support Being a product expert and brand ambassador, signposting customers to their personalized sales solutions Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets, while up-selling additional products and services Existing customer engagement and service management, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Being a role model within the team, showcasing the values of arenaflex and actively looking for ways to improve the customer journey About You To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customers' needs, and have a strong track record of achieving and surpassing targets. You will be great at building rapport with clients, have excellent communication skills, and be highly organized with a good level of education. Previous experience in a telephone-based sales role and working remotely would be advantageous, as well as experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
