You will be working closely with all departments in arenaflex to ensure that quality and accuracy are maintained throughout. Key Responsibilities: Managing and converting lead generated inbound calls Being a product expert and brand ambassador, signposting customers to their personalised sales solutions Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets Up-selling additional products and services Existing customer engagement and service management Being a role model within the team & showcasing the five Appello values Actively looking at new ways to improve customer journey About You We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support. You will be great at building rapport with clients and have great success with achieving and surpassing targets. It would be advantageous if you have used Customer Relationship management (CRM) software.
