If you're a sales and customer service professional with a passion for technology and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you. **What You'll Be Doing** As a Customer Sales and Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service with empathy and expertise. * Instilling confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing your knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively service and retain customers. * Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience. * Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Responding to requests from customers about blithequark products and services, providing accurate and timely information to meet their needs. * Verifying service order accuracy and completeness, making corrections or changes as needed to ensure seamless customer experiences. * Negotiating the collection of overdue bills with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction. * Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. * Managing various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers, ensuring seamless and efficient interactions. **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a true consultative salesperson who is energized by meeting sales goals and building relationships with customers.
