About the Role We're looking for a talented Customer Sales and Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service operations, you will deliver first-class customer service in every interaction, solving customer issues, and acting as a salesperson, product guru, billing expert, and more. You will be the face of our company, helping us solve our customers' challenges and delivering on our promise of superior customer service. Key Responsibilities Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and arenaflex products and services. Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services to meet those needs. Contacting customers by phone or in writing concerning past due payments and working with them to find a resolution. Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues. Verifying service order accuracy and completeness and making corrections/changes as needed. Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a dedication to customer service excellence, amazing communication skills, and a positive, professional attitude. You should thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy helping our customers connect to the digital world. If you have a related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience, that's a plus. We're also looking for people with customer service call center experience, previous collections experience, and experience selling products and services. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $648.50 to $1,775.00 per week, depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.
