Key Responsibilities Assist clients with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades Develop and hone your skills through dedicated time each week to connect and refuel, exploring the career center, networking with colleagues, taking online classes, and more Engage in paid, on-the-job study time to obtain your SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity Build advanced skills aligned with the next role that interests you, with increasing complexity over time Demonstrate empathy and passion for helping people, ensuring an excellent customer experience through phone interactions Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Desire to establish rapport and relationships with customers and the team through effective communication Experience in customer service, call center, or financial services preferred A strong interest in financial services Exceptional problem-solving skills and a demonstrated history of overcoming academic or professional challenges Ability and flexibility to work in a hybrid work setting, both at home and in the office Comfortable with technology and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in financial services Basic knowledge of financial concepts and products Completion of relevant certifications, such as SIE, Series 7, or Series 63 Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Fidelity, we are committed to helping you grow and develop in your career.
