Job Responsibilities As a Call Center Agent – Customer Relations at blithequark, you will be responsible for responding to customer calls in a fast-paced customer contact center setting. Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Researching and interpreting company procedures to assist pharmacy customers Collaborating with various departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure seamless issue resolution Processing incoming phone calls, emails, and letters in a timely and efficient manner Upholding customer service goals of responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism, ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, as well as strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Windows-based applications and MS Office. Additionally, you will need to be flexible in your work schedule and complete a paid training program to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
