About the Role As a Customer Operations Specialist at blithequark, you will be the vital link between our organization and our valued clients, delivering exceptional service that enhances our reputation while supporting both internal and external Publishing and Events customers. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Operations Specialist, your core responsibilities will include: Customer Communication: Handling inbound/outbound calls and correspondence professionally, ensuring that all customer interactions are courteous, efficient, and effective. Order Management: Processing and amending customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining appropriate margins and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly. Problem Resolution: Utilizing relevant systems to address and resolve customer requests, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. Data Management: Recording customer information with precision, maintaining quality standards and ensuring that all customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and secure. Access Management: Supporting customers with online access needs directly or through appropriate channels, ensuring that all customers have seamless access to our online resources and systems. Financial Processing: Handling aspects of Order to Cash, including Cash Applications and Credit Control, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed efficiently and accurately. Relationship Building: Developing strong connections with business teams and customers, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and mutual respect. Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Customer Operations Specialist at blithequark, you will need: Customer Service Excellence: A proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
