As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your commitment to excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Customer Logistics and Supply Chain Advisor, you'll be responsible for: * Managing planned and unplanned Sales activities affecting orders/customers, ensuring timely and efficient execution of customer requirements * Running SAP queries and using reports to identify trends and solutions, driving data-driven decision-making and process improvements * Leading cross-functional meetings and process improvement initiatives, fostering collaboration and driving operational excellence * Conducting day-to-day customer service activities and managing escalated issues, providing exceptional support to our customers * Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication * Ensuring execution of all Customer requirements during promotional activities, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction **Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School diploma or GED equivalent * Availability to work rotating weekends * An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience * At least one year in a customer-facing role and one year in a call center * Three years in a customer-facing role and three years in a call center are preferred * Strong customer service, problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication skills * Ability to build collaborative relationships with Product Supply System teams, Sales, and our customers * Knowledge of supply chain, Order Management, and Customer Services processes and systems * Sense of urgency, detail-oriented, and able to provide clear and thorough documentation and communication * Ability to operate independently with minimal daily supervision * Experience with SAP P08 and SAP reports, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Excel, and Pivot Tables, Microsoft Office preferred **Essential Skills and Competencies:** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SAP, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Excel, and Microsoft Office **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
