Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Senior Director to manage the end-to-end administration of Essential Customer Research, including planning, building, distributing, and reporting on surveys to gather customer feedback Work closely with the Senior Director to design and develop surveys that effectively capture customer feedback and experiences, while ensuring maximum reach and response rate Analyze customer feedback data and create reports that provide actionable insights to the business, using your storytelling skills to communicate and convey the customer story to internal stakeholders Present findings and recommendations to all levels within the organization, from frontline staff to senior leaders, using clear and engaging visuals and language to persuade and influence your audience Proactively partner cross-functionally to ensure open communication and continuous relationship improvement by collaborating on shared objectives Continuously review and enhance the survey process to ensure it remains aligned with business needs and provides valuable, meaningful insights Collaborate with vendors to leverage best-in-class research methods and tools Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field 3+ years of experience in market research or customer insights, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights Proficiency in applying various quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies, with the ability to manage project timelines and deadlines that run concurrently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to learn survey software and other tools quickly Experience with or ability to learn statistical/research software (e.g., SPSS, Medallia/Qualtrics), with proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: The ability to understand the situation in its entirety and relate insights across various sources Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines A strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in market research and customer insights, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our employees.
