Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, including: A typing speed of 75+ words per minute, with the ability to navigate website pages quickly and accurately identify information. Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and think critically, even in high-pressure situations. A customer-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Critical thinking skills, with the ability to improvise and provide personalized solutions to customer inquiries. Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate is highly desirable, although not essential.
