We believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we strive to create a work environment that fosters growth, learning, and success. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Answering calls in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products * Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their concerns, and providing personalized solutions * Selling travel-related services, including car rental and credit card vendor partner products, while adhering to all blithequark and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements * Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service * Staying up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and assisting customers via Twitter, Facebook, or other social media channels * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Connecting Our Customers to the World** As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the face of blithequark, connecting with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
