Job Summary As a Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, you will work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams to provide best-in-class support to our customers. You'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our website and social media accounts, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Key Responsibilities Respond to live chat messages on our website and social media accounts in a timely and professional manner Provide exceptional customer support and solutions to customer inquiries Think creatively to provide unique solutions to customer problems Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences Utilize online tools such as Facebook Messenger to communicate with customers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support Essential Qualifications Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with reliable internet connectivity Basic English writing skills and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or live chat assistance (not required, but a plus!)
