Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Experience Manager to join our remote team at blithequark. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive business results, and build a high-performing team culture. You will be responsible for balancing engagement and recognition with accountability for high performance, creating a culture of continuous improvement, and effectively managing change. Key Responsibilities Lead by example and champion the customer experience, empowering teams to overcome obstacles and rewarding great service Improve KPIs through behavioral coaching, monitor and adjust staffing daily, and maintain appropriate service levels Utilize interview guides and hire right, demonstrate effective feedback and coaching, drive performance management, and build high-performing teams Control overtime and cross-train as needed, manage expenses, and empower teams with the company in mind to deliver on operational objectives Set goals and objectives, break down work into process steps, and eliminate roadblocks to drive results Acquire and retain the right talent, train, coach, and provide feedback to develop team members and position them for growth Create a climate in which people want to do their best, motivate and inspire direct reports and teams, and make each individual feel their work is important Make the company vision sharable by everyone, inspire and motivate the entire team, and be forward-looking, talking beyond today Essential Qualifications 5+ years of supervisory experience in Customer Service, Retail, or Hospitality required Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word) required Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a business or communications focus, or equivalent experience Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with regular attendance as an essential function of the job Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, speaking and listening to others in person and over the phone, reading from computer screens and reports, typing 35 words per minute, and lifting up to 15 lbs.
