Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with union members, understanding their needs and providing tailored support and guidance. Utilize excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective problem-solving, to resolve member inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of benefits and services to our members. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our services and member experience. Participate in weekly training sessions led by top industry leaders, expanding your knowledge and refining your skills.
