You'll work closely with our International Family and Professional Care segment to lead the development and execution of customer experience (CX) analytics strategies and products. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute customer experience (CX) analytics strategies and products to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction * Partner with IFP Growth and Accountable Business Units (ABUs) CX teams to embed data-driven decision-making in the service of CX * Deliver proactive and provocative CX insights that can directly translate to business action and performance * Partner with Digital Technology Solutions and other stakeholders to drive data governance standards * Improve data literacy/fluency in CX teams to embed a data-driven culture * Develop advanced analytics capabilities against prioritized B2B IME use cases, including pipeline review and churn management **About Us:** At blithequark, we're proud to be a global leader in consumer goods, with iconic brands like Huggies, Kleenex, Cottonelle, Scott, Kotex, Poise, Depend, and Kimberly-Clark Professional.
