You will be the face of American Express, acting as an ambassador for the brand and providing a unique and personalized experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include: Welcoming and providing access to Card Members: You will be responsible for greeting Card Members upon arrival, providing them with a warm and personalized welcome, and ensuring that they have everything they need to enjoy their experience in the lounge Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations: You will work with Card Members to understand their needs and preferences, providing them with personalized recommendations and solutions to enhance their experience Resolving customer issues: You will be responsible for resolving any issues or concerns that Card Members may have, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of American Express products and services to provide a positive outcome Collaborating with colleagues: You will work closely with other members of the lounge team to ensure that Card Members receive a seamless and exceptional experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our service Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers: You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to high-end customers, with a strong understanding of their needs and expectations Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience: You will have experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong understanding of the travel industry and the needs of premium customers Passion for servicing customers: You will have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service, with a strong focus on providing personalized solutions and exceeding customer expectations Exceptional communication skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to ensure that Card Members receive an exceptional experience Career Growth and Development Opportunities At American Express, we are committed to helping our colleagues grow and develop their careers.
