Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at the arenaflex Centurion Lounge, located in the Phoenix, Sky Harbor Airport. As the face of arenaflex, you will deliver superior service to our premium customers, acting as an ambassador of our brand. Your passion for providing extraordinary service, travel expertise, and concierge skills will make you an invaluable asset to our team. You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions to resolve customer issues, employing our Customer First philosophy, and providing personalized recommendations to deepen our customers' relationship with arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Welcome and provide access to our customers upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, being accountable for their satisfaction and loyalty Develop and implement innovative solutions to resolve customer issues, creating loyal enthusiasts out of our customers Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultations, and minimal reservation assistance, showcasing your expertise and knowledge Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our customers, ensuring a exceptional experience Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, exceeding their expectations and creating memorable experiences Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience and knowledge of travel systems Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, and a commitment to providing personalized and tailored experiences Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction and provide confident recommendations Ability to listen to customers' needs, understand their expectations, and provide innovative solutions to resolve issues Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues, working effectively in a fast-paced, team environment Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing the customer's experience and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Must be resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively, while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment Ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease, with a strong focus on adaptability and resilience Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our colleagues.
