About the Role: Customer Experience Concierge at blithequark's Centurion Lounge We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to deliver superior service to Card Members visiting our Centurion Lounge at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. As the face of blithequark, you'll be an ambassador of our brand, working cohesively with your team to excite our customers and deliver on our brand promise. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, creating innovative solutions to resolve issues or concerns and win brand loyalty. Employ the Customer First philosophy to meet customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultations, and minimal reservation assistance. Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members, ensuring a holistic and exceptional experience. Maintain a positive attitude and utmost professionalism in all interactions, collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective team environment. Make decisions quickly and effectively in unanticipated situations, prioritizing the Card Member's experience and satisfaction. Utilize multiple technology platforms with ease, adapting to an ever-changing environment and demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting. Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience. A passion for delivering extraordinary service with proactive solutions, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach. The ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations that result in high satisfaction with the service received. Proficiency in using the Internet effectively while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment, with the ability to switch between multiple technology platforms. A positive and professional demeanor, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a luxury or premium setting. Knowledge of travel industry trends, products, and services, with the ability to provide informed recommendations. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
