About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional to deliver exceptional support and service to our valued clients. As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing personalized assistance, travel guidance, and lifestyle recommendations to our card members. Your goal will be to create unforgettable experiences, build strong relationships, and make arenaflex an indispensable part of our clients' lives. Key Responsibilities Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the lounge, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, being proactive and responsive to their needs and concerns. Develop innovative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates. Utilize the Client's First mindset to address client needs and expectations, providing tailored recommendations and support. Offer travel advice, reservation assistance, and lifestyle suggestions, leveraging your expertise and knowledge to exceed client expectations. Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members, ensuring a cohesive and exceptional experience. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience and a deep understanding of client needs and preferences. Passion for serving clients with proactive solutions, and a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and provide personalized support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to listen to client needs, analyze their requirements, and provide tailored recommendations that meet or exceed their expectations. Demonstrated professionalism, with a positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and support. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a team environment, with a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and partners. Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing client needs and experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in using web-based technologies and platforms to provide support and services to clients, with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools as needed. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to maintaining a high level of service and support during peak periods.
