About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional to deliver exceptional support and service to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the lounge, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, being proactive and responsive to their needs and concerns. Develop innovative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates. Utilize the Client's First mindset to address client needs and expectations, providing tailored recommendations and support. Offer travel advice, reservation assistance, and lifestyle suggestions, leveraging your expertise and knowledge to exceed client expectations. Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members, ensuring a cohesive and exceptional experience. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience and a deep understanding of client needs and preferences. Passion for serving clients with proactive solutions, and a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and provide personalized support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to listen to client needs, analyze their requirements, and provide tailored recommendations that meet or exceed their expectations.
