Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Chatroom Operator to join our Conversion Improvement team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in handling millions of automated humanized conversations for our clients, ensuring that our natural language processor is always 98% sure of the user's intent. When uncertainty arises, you'll step in to read the consumer's response, respond contextually, and categorize it appropriately, providing thoughtful, articulate, and industry-specific guidance. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a 98%+ accuracy rate in your responses, which will be randomly audited and quality assured. Key Responsibilities Respond quickly and accurately to inbound messages via our chat room, utilizing point-and-click frequently asked questions and canned responses. Create ad-hoc responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant with industry regulations and verticals. Escalate conversations to leadership when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and customer satisfaction. Document frequently asked questions to drive continual improvement and refine our chat room responses. Maintain a high level of accuracy (98%+) and efficiency, with a target of 60 replies per hour worked. Participate in other projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the growth and development of our team. Essential Qualifications Experience in a customer service chat room environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency in writing responses to consumers in real-time, chat-based environments, with excellent grammatical, spelling, and logic skills. Familiarity with verticals such as automobile insurance, health insurance, and prescription drug plans, with the ability to adapt to new industries and subjects. Professionalism, exceptional attention to detail, and a high standard of excellence in all interactions. Comfortability with computer systems, advanced typing skills, and reliable internet/WiFi connectivity. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
