Job Overview: Customer Experience Banker In this critical role, you will be responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial needs, recommending suitable deposit and banking products, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your expertise will be essential in processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing daily transactions, and maintaining a deep understanding of our banking products and services.
