With a strong commitment to our values and a remote co-located team operating out of hubs in the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, and Germany, we're building a culture that values collaboration, creativity, and customer satisfaction. **Role** As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll play a vital role in driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible, and if issues arise, you'll work diligently to resolve them in a timely and high-quality manner. **Key Responsibilities:** * Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience. * Resolve all customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and high-quality manner. * Become an expert in blithequark's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users. * Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions. * Identify opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience. **You** If you're a curious and growth-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Our ideal candidate is someone who: * Is open to working an overnight shift from 10pm - 7:00am PST. * Has at least 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services. * Is available to work weekends. * Has a solid understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations. * Has experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom. * Is a proactive problem-solver and process-improver with a customer-centric mindset. * Has a strong obsession with customers and a passion for serving them. * Has knowledge of collectibles, a plus. * Holds a Bachelor's degree or college experience. * Has previous start-up experience, a plus. **Team Environment** As a member of our Customer Experience team, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that values creativity, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
