About the Role The Customer Experience team at blithequark plays a crucial role in driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive their products as quickly as possible and resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience, interacting with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude and resolving all customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions with high quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Interact with buyers and sellers to provide a positive experience, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with a customer-first attitude. Resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high-quality outcomes for users. Become an expert in blithequark's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for users and improve the overall customer experience. Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions, seeking out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the customer experience. Work proactively to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. Essential Qualifications: Open to working overnight shifts from 10pm - 7:00am PST. 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services. Weekend availability required. Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations. Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom. Obsession with customers and a customer-first approach. Proactive problem-solver and process-improver. Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred. Previous startup experience is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of collectibles is a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
