Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of our marketing and customer engagement strategies. You will work closely with our legal, security, and compliance teams to ensure that our marketing initiatives are aligned with our business objectives and meet the highest standards of quality and integrity. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of our marketing and customer engagement strategies, including the development of promotional materials, social media campaigns, and event planning Collaborate with our legal and security teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and ITP Assist in the review and management of contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, and business agreements, to ensure that they meet our business needs and comply with regulatory requirements Participate in the development and implementation of new marketing technologies and processes, including data analysis and reporting tools Work closely with our cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure that our marketing initiatives are aligned with our business objectives and meet the needs of our customers Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to review and manage complex contracts and marketing materials Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional support and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates who possess the following skills and experience: Experience in marketing, customer engagement, or a related field, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and ITP Experience with marketing technologies and tools, including data analysis and reporting software Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to review and manage complex data and marketing materials Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
