In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Make arrangements with customers to pay balances in full or set up the best possible arrangements. Document all collection activity in the client/arenaflex system in a concise and accurate manner. Correct any deficiencies or oversights as outlined by U/M or Manager during telephone monitor, file activity, or QA reviews. Maintain good public relations and adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements. Cope with high-stress environments caused by speaking with emotional callers and maintain concentration and focus to meet performance goals. React positively to an ongoing, changing environment and demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals. Maintain good working relationships with assigned supervisors and coworkers and work safely without presenting a threat to self or others. Perform additional duties as required by management. What We Look for in a Candidate: Must be 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions. Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone.
