As a key member of our CORE team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues, and documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
