Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in basic skills and knowledge. Strong written communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately, ensuring effective and efficient communication with customers. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple customer chats simultaneously, demonstrating ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to empathize with customers and provide excellent customer service, possessing a positive and friendly demeanor and being able to handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a customer service or related role, providing a foundation in customer interaction and issue resolution.
