Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, email, or other designated channels to address their concerns, answer questions, and provide support. Provide detailed order information, including order status, product availability, and shipping details, to ensure that customers are well-informed and up-to-date. Review customer orders and account information to identify and resolve issues, discrepancies, or areas of concern. Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to make recommendations, offer solutions, and upsell or cross-sell when appropriate. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled efficiently and effectively. Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our database to maintain accurate records and facilitate continuous improvement. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our organization's values and goals. The following qualifications are essential: Basic computer navigation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications are an asset. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment, is highly desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. CSR Test Exam required; training and support will be provided to ensure your success. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a hybrid or virtual environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools and technologies.
