Your primary responsibilities will include: * **Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns**: You will listen to customers' needs, provide accurate information, and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. * **Selling arenaflex's smart home and other products on every call**: You will engage with customers to understand their technology needs and sell protection and tech support solutions that meet their requirements. * **Explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies**: You will provide customers with clear and concise information about our products and services, and help them make informed decisions. * **Meeting goals and growing from feedback and coaching**: You will set and achieve sales and customer experience goals, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge through feedback and coaching. * **Escalating calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function**: When necessary, you will escalate calls to the appropriate team member to ensure that customers receive the support they need. **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth.
