Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
