Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and live chat platforms. A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
