Job Description In this role, your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience by effectively resolving issues and providing information about blithequark's products and services. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner, as well as assisting customers with flight information, reservations, cancellations, and changes. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers, while your strong problem-solving abilities will allow you to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner Assist customers with flight information, reservations, cancellations, and changes Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively Provide information about blithequark's policies, procedures, and services Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction Stay updated on current promotions, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in a related field being a plus. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, is also required. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively is also essential, as well as proficiency in using computers and various software applications. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is also required.
