Your tasks will increase in complexity as you progress in your role, but will primarily consist of: * Handling inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner * Providing personalized attention and exceptional care to our passengers * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1 year of call center experience * 6 months of customer service experience * Basic typing and computer experience with excellent navigational skills * High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps) * A quiet space within your home free of distractions to take incoming calls * Prior blithequark employees must have 6 months of experience with blithequark **The Culture and Benefits of Working at blithequark** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a culture of inclusion and respect for all employees.
