Key Responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for: Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, providing a personalized and supportive experience Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary Providing best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and attention to detail Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, in a clear and concise manner Providing our customers with technical support when navigating our website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them and building long-term trust and loyalty Understanding that each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship and provide ongoing support and care Promoting customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to our Work From Home policy and upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older) 6 months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, with excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice, and be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered for this role Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 1 year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with knowledge of call center software and technologies Experience working in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, with a collaborative and supportive approach to working with colleagues and customers Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
