As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers with their medication and health-related inquiries, providing best-in-class service, and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for: Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions Managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a customer-centric approach Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary Providing exceptional customer service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring maximum relationship building Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, in a clear and concise manner Providing our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.arenaflex.com, ensuring a seamless online experience Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, fostering loyalty and trust Understanding each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship, driving customer satisfaction and retention Promoting customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to arenaflex's Work From Home policy, ensuring confidentiality and security Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older) 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating technical proficiency Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, showcasing ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, demonstrating a strong background in customer support Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), enabling effective communication with customers and colleagues Experience working in a customer service or call center, showcasing ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience working in a healthcare environment, demonstrating knowledge of medical terminology and procedures Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, highlighting ability to perform well in demanding situations Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, fostering collaboration and teamwork Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
