However, shifts can change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability. * We offer shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, recognizing the value and dedication of our team members. **Training and Development** When you join our team, you'll receive comprehensive training that combines virtual classroom instruction and on-the-job training. Our training program typically lasts 6 weeks, but the duration may vary depending on your individual needs and progress.
