Key Responsibilities: Assist with driving your team and its colleagues to progress and achieve exceptional customer service standards Deliver exceptional support on inbound calls in a fast-paced, organized customer care environment, following our Client First philosophy Communicate with clients to understand their needs and design unique solutions for every customer, building up the benefits of card membership, providing relevant product offers that drive client engagement and result in quantifiable value for our card members Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals Address general and account-specific client requests; provide clear and concise information and update client account data as needed Utilize tools and resources to identify customized solutions and anticipate client needs, in our commitment to staying in touch with our clients Meet and exceed performance objectives that include, but are not limited to, client survey results, sales rates, quality goals, compliance guidelines, and productivity targets Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
