Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and effectiveness, escalating complex issues to higher management when necessary. Document interactions and maintain customer records, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals, continually improving your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Participate in ongoing training and development sessions, staying up-to-date with the latest products, services, and industry trends. Essential Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
