Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the package delivery lifecycle, providing timely and effective support. Collaborate with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot, research, and resolve or escalate issues as necessary, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. What You'll Need to Succeed To excel as a Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will need: The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call, demonstrating strong technical skills. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
