About the Role This unique opportunity is open to candidates worldwide, excluding the United States, offering the chance to work remotely and make a meaningful impact on families navigating end-of-life services. As a Customer Care & Sales Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for families, guiding them with compassion, educating them on their options, and helping them feel confident in their decisions. Your key responsibilities will include: Answering inbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and clarity, ensuring that each family feels supported and understood. Understanding families' needs and explaining service options clearly, taking the time to address any questions or concerns they may have. Guiding leads through a structured sales process with care and follow-up, ensuring that each family receives the support they need to make informed decisions. Maintaining contact via calls, texts, and emails to support decision-making, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the process. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service handoffs, working together to provide seamless support to each family. Tracking and updating lead progress in internal systems and CRM tools, ensuring that each family's journey is well-documented and easily accessible. Participating in regular team check-ins and sharing feedback, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and growth. Staying organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet the needs of each family. What We're Looking For We're looking for motivated, compassionate sales professionals with strong communication skills, who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer care. The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years of experience in consumer sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. Fluency in English (spoken and written), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup, enabling you to work effectively in a remote environment. A clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication style, with the ability to build trust and rapport with families during difficult times. Strong organization and comfort with tools like CRMs and VoIP, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. A quiet, distraction-free home office, providing a professional and comfortable workspace for remote work. Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
