Our commitment to sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **The Role** As an Experienced Customer Care Advisor at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving our sales process and building strong relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Representing blithequark as a subject matter expert during customer calls * Providing exceptional customer service and support through strong verbal and written communication skills * Offering additional blithequark products to customers that may benefit from our services * Updating blithequark systems to ensure each interaction with a customer is well documented * Handling issues with diplomacy to ensure every customer is happy with their experience with blithequark * Escalating issues to management when necessary and ensuring customer concerns are explained effectively and clearly * Completing other tasks as deemed appropriate by your manager **Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience * Previous solar customer service or sales experience is highly desired * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * Demonstrated ability to display patience, empathy, and strong listening skills while ensuring customer needs are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory fashion * Ability to adapt to change and be flexible to the needs of the business and team * Proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic * Ability to accept and apply coaching and feedback from leadership **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment that's perfect for professionals who thrive on challenge and opportunity.
