Job Overview The Customer Acquisition Specialist role is a critical component of our sales team, responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our products or services to customers and prospects. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to inform business decisions Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements and provide tailored solutions Initiate steps to address customer concerns and roadblocks, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers and win new business Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email, with a focus on outbound communication Collaborate with the sales team and management to provide a professional experience during all customer interactions Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured and up-to-date Undertake sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and contract renewals Work closely with the sales team and report directly to a Sales Manager Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity, with a proven track record of success Prior experience in achieving personal and team sales quotas/goals, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices Experience in high-volume calling, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn new technology and data, with a strong analytical mindset Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, with experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM Experience or willingness to work from home, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity, with the ability to stay up-to-date on market developments Experience working with diverse customer groups, with a strong ability to adapt to different communication styles and needs Certifications or training in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will possess a unique combination of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work independently and manage time effectively , with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices , with the ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development , with a passion for staying current on market developments and best practices Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our team members.
